Terms of delivery
The terms of delivery, being put up by the performance of the season, could be approximated.The goods travel at risk and danger of the buyer.
Unless specific agreements, the costs of transport and customs are payable by the purchaser, therefore each our responsibility ceases with the delivery of the plants to whom carrying out the transport.
The complaints about quantity and/or quality evident of plants must to be notified by registered letter or fax, within 3 days of receipt of the same; a failure in the supply not notified will not have any effect which are the causes that have generated it and the possible compensation will be made with the replacement of the plants not suitable.
Payment
Except with previous agreement, the payment are to be considered to the delivery. In case of late payment will be applied the interest equal to the bank discount rate at the time in Italy.All the cost relating to recovery the amount of supply, will be charged to the purchaser.
